Winston Churchill – We Shall Fight them on the Beaches Speech

Winston Churchill made this speech during World War 2, following the evacuation from Dunkirk in 1940. England was euphoric after the successful evacuation of more than 338,000 Allied troops. Churchill sought to check this mood of euphoria and harden the resolve of his people.
